Congratulations of the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine on the 65th Anniversary of the Victory

On May 9, Ukraine – among other nations - celebrates the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war. The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine congratulated veterans, personnel on the occasion of the great Victory Day.

Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic war!



65 years separates us from the last victorious salvos of the Great Patriotic war – from the sunny May of 1945.

In the memories of many generations, May 9 appears as the Day of life and peace triumph, as the Day of the Great Victory over fascist invaders.

These anniversary days, the whole world commemorates the victors. By their side, we bow our heads in memory of the fallen and express our deep gratitude to those brave soldiers who survived and won in that cruel war.

This immortal feat will echo through the centuries! It lives on in the warrior’s trade of the reconnaissance men who inherited the battle glory, heroic traditions of the front-line soldiers and now stand on guard of the national interests with honour and dignity, demonstrate high professionalism.

This day of a nationwide holiday, I sincerely greet the veterans of the Great Patriotic war, personnel and members of their families on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory.

I sincerely wish all of you strong health, vital energy, family well-being, peace and consent!
