Dear comrades!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 15th anniversary of adoption of our state’s fundamental law - the Constitution of Ukraine!
The Constitution of Ukraine was created on the national ground, but also included the heritage of the world’s political and legal thought, as well as the universally acknowledged international legal standards. It proved that our state belonged to the civilized democratic states and showed its desire to become a decent member of the world community. The adoption of the Constitution brought Ukraine to the new development stage directed at the creation of a democratic, social, legal state of the new humanistic type.
I highly appreciate your loyalty to the Constitutional duty and the Oath of Allegiance, as well as your high professionalism and fidelity to military duty.
