I sincerely congratulate you on the nation-wide holiday of the Constitution Day of Ukraine! The constitution is more than just a code of law; it is the Ukrainian people’s common treasure and responsibility. Every Ukrainian must perceive the Constitution Day as true holiday which we need to consolidate our society, to comprehend our national identity, to speak about the irreversible historical fact – Ukraine is an independent democratic nation. And it will always be such! On the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the adoption of Ukraine’s Constitution, I sincerely thank all personnel for your significant contribution into the cause of protection of national interests and strengthening of our nation’s defence potential.
