| In pursuance of the Presidential Decree No. 671/2009 of 25 August 2009 “On bringing to national discussion the draft Law of Ukraine “On the introducing of changes to the Constitution of Ukraine” the DIU personnel were invited to the general meeting held at the agency’s HQ on November 26, 2009. During the meeting, Volodymyr Shulhin, associate professor, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Department of Martial Law of the Military Institute delivered a speech in front of the audience. |
