The “flying” submarine is 4.5 meters long. There are three transparent booths providing a 360-degree view. The vehicle is operated by a joystick.

The “underwater plane” with overall endurance of approximately two hours speeds up to 10 kilometers per hour and can dive up to 30 meters below the surface.

The vehicle can be launched either from shore or ship, with gradual acceleration and submerging. The submarine can take a pilot and two passengers on board.
