Gala meeting on the occasion of the Motherland defenders

On February 23, 2010, a gala meeting was held at the HQ of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine on the occasion of the Day of the Motherland Defenders.
The veterans of the Great Patriotic war - Major General (RTD) Volodymyr F. Kuzovenko, Petro Y. Kravchenko, Ivan D. Natyaga and pupils of the DIU - patronaged general education school № 19 of the Podyl district of Kyiv participated in the event.
Congratulating all the present on the occasion of the holiday, the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine presented the decorations of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and of the Defense Intelligence to the personnel for the conscientious performance of the service duties and irreproachable service to the Motherland.
The celebrations were followed by a concert delivered by the “Oberih” singing group of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
