Let's transmit our treasure - national language - to the coming generations
On the 24th of February, 2009, a single information day was organized in the Defense intelligence of Ukraine, which was dedicated to the subject "Let's transmit our treasure - national language - to the coming generations" (on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day).
The Chief of the Defense intelligence of Ukraine Major-General Viktor Ivanovich Gvozd' congratulated the personnel with the International Mother Language Day and said: "Language is a spiritual treasure of the nation. It is not just a means of communication between people, it is something which lives in our hearts. Educating ourselves as true personalities, each of us, first of all, has to create in the soul a hearth, keeping the most valuable treasure - the language".
Sagach Galina Mikhaylivna - a doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor of the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko national university, academician of the Academy of sciences of the higher education of Ukraine, academician of three International academies, director of the center of the rhetoric "Zlatoust" of the Interregional academy of personnel management - was invited for the participation in the information day.
Galina Mikhaylivna said, that today the time of the renaissance of the national cultural heritage is coming, including the renaissance of the rhetorical heritage, of the enchanting people's golden word, decorated with the magical blossom of the national mentality and world outlook, which presented to the world such titans of thought, word and spirit, as Taras Shevchenko, Grigoriy Skovoroda, Pamfil Urkevich, Petro Mogila, Feofan Prokopovich and other enlighteners - humanists.
The word of T.Shevchenko - it is the Word of Life, because it reveals a powerful force, the beauty of the spirit and heart of the Ukrainian people, who develops the sovereign Ukraine, "unblocks" its spirit, purifies the sky of our culture by the patriotic energy of the state-building, by the vivifying word, by the word of truth, of the good and beauty, by the word of faith, hope and love.
Major-General Viktor Ivanovich Gvozd' thanked Galina Mikhaylivna on behalf of the personnel of the Defense intelligence of Ukraine for the marvelous speech and awarded her with a diploma for the active work in the matter of education of the personnel in the spirit of patriotic and cultural traditions of the Ukrainian people and on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day.
