On the Lutizh land, at the commemorative sign "Height 142,4 ", intelligence officers honored the blessed memory of those who, at the cost of their lives, defended the mankind from fascism.

Head of Vyshgorod district council Yaroslav MOSKALENKO, Head of Lutizh village council Tamara SAVENOK, Head of the All-Ukrainian Union of Public Associations of Combatants, Veterans of Military and Law Enforcement Services Colonel General (retired) Victor PALIY, Head of the Defence Intelligence Veterans’ Foundation Major General (retired) Yuri LEVCHENKO, veteran of the Great Patriotic War Major General (retired) Volodymyr KUZOVENKO addressed the gathering.

The meeting was followed by wreath-laying at the commemorative sign "Height 142,4" and festive salute.

DIU Chief Major General Victor HVOZD addressed the invited veterans of the Great Patriotic War with the testimonial speech and awarded them the DIU decorations.

DIU leadership, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and other invited guests enjoyed the performance given by the singers of the DIU "Oberih" ensemble.
