Ukrainian Intelligence Will Increase Sharing Information between the Black Sea Region’s Countries and NATO

This will significantly strengthen the capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to counteract Russia’s aggression in the air, at sea and in cyberspace

During the meeting of the delegations of the defence ministries of Ukraine and the United States, the new common steps of the strategic defence partnership between Ukraine and the United States of America, in particular in the Black Sea region, were discussed.

At the joint briefing, U.S. Secretary of Defence Lloyd J. Austin noted that the ensuring unity between allies and partners is an integral part in deterring the Russian aggression. In support of these efforts, the United States will continue rendering assistance to step up maritime component not only of Ukraine but also Georgia, Romania and Bulgaria.

In addition, U.S. Secretary Lloyd Austin stressed on the high level of respect to the Ukrainian servicemen, who are currently protecting values and democratic principles that are equally shared by Ukraine and the United States.
